One of those houses that attracts people at first sight, this is the new project starring materials from PORCELANOSA Grupo, located in La Zubia, Granada. Saz arquitectos, Espovega SL and Eduardo Cuevas have been in charge of shaping this home, which highlights its wide spaces with white finishes and a huge garden that does not leave anyone indifferent.
Materials of various kinds have been used to achieve a contemporary and modern style. Concrete Beige Nature and Concrete Black Nature, both in 100×300 cm format, have been chosen for the cladding of the facade, thus achieving a minimalist appearance. This porcelain collection presents a concrete effect and a smooth matte surface that brings warmth and elegance to the home. In addition, following the composition of the outside, the Maker Ice Texture has been used, which has been designed for the flooring around the pool. It features roughness and irregularity, conveying a natural effect that makes it ideal for exteriors. As for the interior, the use of Aged Dark Nature draws attention first of all. This dark grey calcite marble with predominance of grain and sedimentary formations, has been used for the covering of the staircase, and not only that, but also for the steps, creating an original figure that contributes personality. Next to this, there is the second material that should be highlighted, the Savage Dark Polished, which covers one of the walls of the second swimming pool that has been built in the house. Both make up the exceptions to the color white, which reigns almost throughout the house.
Finally, there is the Lush White collection, which appears on the floors and walls of one of the bathrooms and, together with the light that characterise it, creates a pure and uniform atmosphere.
A project that revolves around an avant-garde idea and that surprises with its different materials and textures.
