TARIFA RESIDENTIAL

Velvet Projects captures the light of the surroundings to create an extraordinary detached house in the south of Cadiz (Tarifa).

A project in which the URBATEK range of technical porcelain stands out both indoor and outdoor of the house thanks to its variety of finishes.

As a reference of maximum quality, porcelain tiles wrap the perimeters of the house and pool in its most bright and timeless chromatic range in combination with the warmth and resistance of PORCELANOSA Grupo’s PAR-KER ceramic wood that goes along with the composition of exterior floorings.

The poolshell, the porch or even the covering of the garden boxes are other applications made with this material of granite appearance with a non-slip finish, ideal for damp areas adjacent to gardens.

In the interior of the house, the flooring provides chromatic continuity and in the wall covering, the thin XLIGHT sheet creates a neutral, linear and functional atmosphere in its grey and white tones.

A rustic, spatial and elegant environment that allows you to escape from reality in a house with natural charm.
